This is a substitution tiling using the pieces from the pattern block set. It doesn’t use any of the star pieces found in some other designs, but not found in the pattern block set. There are three different colorings of triangles because they transform differently. Similarly, there are two different colorings of squares, with different symmetry.
The following shows diamonds D0 to D4.
